April 2013. Reid began his career as a Solutions Engineer and he progressed
into a Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Specialist. He has traveled
North America speaking at numerous conferences and educating the public on the
impact ransomware has on businesses. Since the beginning of his career, he has
had the innate ability to break down technology that a non-technical person can
understand. He is passionate, enthusiastic, and he has a lot of energy.
