Mr. Stroud was previously the information security officer for Nationstar Mortgage and First Federal of Michigan and the chief security architect for American Home Mortgage Services electronic Data Systems and GMAC. In these roles he established the information security function for each organization and was responsible for working with senior leadership to manage security risk delivery security system services and drive the road map for improvements and Investments. He also served as a senior manager of Price Waterhouse and helped establish and deliver security services for their central region.
Over his last 27 years he has been responsible for driving innovation in the information security industry by working with industry experts to form products and services related to Enterprise governance risk and compliance security event and Incident Management identity access governance management digital Rights Management security vulnerability and compliance management and venture security risk management. His latest accomplishments include helping many software companies successfully migrate their products into the cloud so they could be offered as security-as-a-service to meet regulated Industries.
